Subject: RE: Can a guy run a switch plow on a caddy?

We had our Deere switch plow on a HD caddy when we first got it so we could pull it with a crawler before they came out with the 8400T.

I don't know if the elk creek caddy is strong enough from what I've seen. A 5 bottom Deere switch plow has enough weight to lift the back end of a D5B AG off the ground when you move around.

We ended up making 2 passes across the ends when we used the carrier with the plow.
