Good point. It is very hard to say what their procedure is at that paper with that particular cartoon. That guy has been there so long that likely the editors pay very little attention to what he submits. You would certainly think someone had to sign off on it though. Maybe they got canned and we just aren't hearing about it? I don't know and I guess I really don't care.
Guess there is no freedom of expression.
