Ya that's how it seems around here hush hush and the rumors aint worth anything unless there was a public rent auction. Thats been my problem, there are at least two farms I was preparing a plan to go present the guy with about renting his land eventually and before i got a chance to talk to them the guy suddenly retired and had rented it to a big guy in the area.
