As far as the sold part goes most Real estate brokers will list the sold price. It is also put in the local paper after the closing.
Here rented ground is a little more hush hush. Most farms are rented before you know they were available. Farmers don't very often tell what they paid and landowners don't want to say what they got. There are rumors but they are usually worth what you paid for it.
