Ne Nebraska | Don't forget if your paying 5% interest and corn is at $3.50 it cost you $0.12 in interest to hold that corn 8 months. Also you have costs such as personal property taxes, electricity for fans and and extra time to handle that grain. Don't take long to get $.20/bu wrapped up in storage in your own bin. Yes I am a fan of having bins but you can't forget their costs either.
