With the confiscatory taxes we all pay, working families need some kind of break. Consider it a reduction in taxes for those folk.
Oh, by the way, anyone got any leads on the $6,000,000,0000 lost during Hillary's tenure as Secretary of State? That would certainly pay for a few lunches.
