WCMO-SWMO Area | We could afford a get away cottage or an RV but don't have one....Being retired we take overnight trips but seldom get over 200 miles from home because my wifes back doesn't allow it..
If someone has worked hard and done well more power to them if they want a get away cottage on the lake or an RV....I know several wealthy older farmers that have no hobbies and seldom ever get 100 miles from home..They don't take the time to enjoy what they worked for..One is worth a small fortune and seldom leaves the county..
I had a well off neighbor that was always going to retire and travel but he always kept on farming one more year...He finally had a sale and bought an RV...He passed away the very week that he and his wife were going to leave on a long vacation..
I've noticed that its the well off retired town people that seem to get out and enjoy things..
