Well cottonhauler, I believe you are fairly young and live in TX. If you were near retirement age and lived in the frozen north you might have a different opinion.
Also down below dairyman 78 did a very good job explaining the need by some to totally decouple from the farm or business and all the stress and demands that come along with that business.
