Deal with 2 different power companies here. One is a CoOp, other publicly owned.

The CoOp will replace the meter pole, but not sure if they would replace any other poles on the customer side of the meter pole. You can buy new poles from them, but are supposed to be a customer of the CoOp. You can also get used poles from them, if so desired, and I think they're free. When installing a new service (or upgrading an existing, the CoOp will bring the wire to the meter. Only "exception" to this is if it's an overhead service, the wire in the mast is the customer's responsibility. Otherwise, the overhead wire or underground wire between transformer(s) and meter is CoOp supplied, along with installation.

The publicly owned company says the meter pole is the customer's responsibility, even though they initially installed it. I wouldn't even think about asking them to replace a customer owned pole. Can't get poles from them. If installing an overhead service, the wire between the transformer(s) and top of the mast are supplied (same as CoOp). If it's and underground, the customer gets to supply and install the wire between transformer and meter.

In short, check with your power company as to what their policies are. If they won't set poles for you, and you don't want to do them yourself, there should be an electrical contractor in your general area who has the proper digger derrick truck for handling and setting poles.
