But I know how some of the under handed
stuff works.
Not talking about anyone.
But moving money through corps
then letting x corp take the hit.
You can by shelf corps and a long list
of shananagins.
So land comes up for rent
Are you willing to risk everything you
own or Your neighbor willing to risk
everything he Dosent own.
Big difference between breaking your back
and knowing how it works.
Around here if you can't afford a new truck
you go buy a salvage truck for a fraction
then have your local body shop fix.
Right off might not be there but it makes it affordable.
A lot of farmers around here have multiple
houses. Lots of old money.
Farmers have different bankrupcy laws
and are exempt from certain things that normal
people cannot do.
There's no common sense left.
How many in market talk
teach defensive vs i know what's going to happen.
What's bad is what is seen as success
its not sustainable.
Madoff?
Failure is a part of growth if we can
measure what went wrong.
Don't really care about the above
but when your trying to explain
something to your kid.
Candy talks.
You can take a young mind and really
screw it up.
Still places in the world for $5 a night.
