| I am going purely by memory but Dave White sold Steiger's before he picked up his first John Deere franchise. That is, his Steiger dealership was in the country with a Cerro Gordo, IL mailing address (he advertised to "flying farmers" having a landing strip at the dealership). After that, he began selling JD's in Atwood,IL and later had a JD dealership in Curryville, MO. John Beery serviced Steigers at his place near Milmine, IL until the recent past (drove by his place yesterday). | |
