This is what I seem to have found here:
BTO= somebody who farms more than you and is a therefor a rude money grubbing land hog who deserves to broke.
STO=somebody who farms less than you. You might look down on them, but most Agtalkers consider them almost Saintly and deserving of praise even if they are really underemployed.
