Dearfield Co.
I didn't actually see it happen I was pretty busy trying to get stopped a fair distance away. as far as it goes it could of been laying in the road intact since the damage was hard to tell if it actually supported his story. All he saw was a white pickup with a flatbed that he could remember all I know from others is he was passing a pickup no one else paid any mind to what was going on until he laid it over . this is about load securement on a flatbed pickup why have one if you arent going to tie your load down??

The reason we have laws is lack of personal responsibility ---------------- i guess I pretty much see them as one in the same.
