Dearfield Co.
The laws these DOT cops are trying to enforce are always interpreted differently by the individual writing the tickets. But there is a appeals process for state and federal but nothing for the poorly trained county and city DOT cops. Any thing we get I take to court except in 2 towns and soon as I figure out how to get a lawyer there they will also get challenged. The city and county revenue agents dont get the best training and are usually losers in life as a whole......... All my drivers know that when they get nailed by some one in the county or lower capacity to request their training history and certifications after the tickets are wrote.

Safety should be the important matter not revenue--------a majority of the stuff listed by the OP should be wrote , but a idiot who has discussed log books for 2 hours with a state trooper isn't really qualified to inspect my truck/log book
