| I personall agree with the Ag exepm needs stops! I used to work retail Ag. Why should a employee at retail be allowed to pull nh3 wagons 2-3 weeks straight 12-14 hrs each day with no break? How is this safe? I've done it because it was my job and of the exemption heck I remeber one spring that we didn't get any fall nh3 on we ran 36 straight days pulling tanks and spreading and spraying
Dead tired and beat everyday but pulled tanks cause we could. Now how is that safe ?mshouldnt be an exemption. Plus the farmers sit in a tractor for 15+ hours then pull a tank?
Now the smv, that ticket should be on the retail plant that let it leave the lot.
The il dot rules that we were supposed to follow are a joke, log books get filled out when it rains. Fertilizer running over edges of tender truck and the driver too lazy to tarp I can guarantee the truck is way overloaded per axle too
I could go on and on but, the moral is this,, it has been mentioned on here before about public perception and it is more than ever important now to have a good image in this election period | |
