Northeast ks
Fwiw, in Kansas, the dot officers are controlled by the state government, ie, the terrible governor brownback. I forget what year, maybe 2012, farm bureau put on a dinner with two dot officers. This was when everyone started getting the same type of bogus tickets, and dot officers told us we had to have cdl, med cards, inspections, on and on. Next year, they put on the same type of thing, and dot officers basically did a 180, no cdl needed within 150 miles, common sense ideas, etc, etc. The governor actually did what he was supposed to do.
