If I felt I was being harassed by DOT I wouldn't take a phone call from any DOT rep who was only calling because our elected officials were on his case. In fact I'd probably call my representative back and say the DOT was still harassing me. The people who assign officers to blanket harass an area need to be fired for abusing their power.
