So. IL | Is any of this coming down from the federal government? Just wondering if it's part of the highway bill funding or some other program? The scales had all but disappeared in Illinois a few years ago, now we have several sets in the area every day. Can't hardly go a day without seeing them now. The phone network of truckers is huge so they can't sit in one place very long, so they are hiding in small towns behind buildings and on side streets and they will send out a state trooper to pull you over and call the scales in now. | |
