N.C. IA
About 6-7 years ago, in a couple of towns over, an older guy got into an altercation with a DOT officer after being stopped a few times in a short period of time. Not just verbal, but also physically. Long story short, farmer sues IA DOT and wins a pretty decent sum. Most every farmer you talked to thought it was great and got a good laugh out of it. Then it started, the DOT absolutely hammered that area (around ethanol plant and bean processing plant) into oblivion. Me thinks I know who got the last laugh.

As far as your deal, some of it is justified, but some of it looks to be overbearing. I guess I can't see myself strapping seed down in the back of a pickup box.
