Southwest Iowa | Counties- Page, Montgomery, Adams, Taylor.
Was told by a neighbor that he knew a guy who I'm not sure if he didn't have previous tickets or refused to show the officer, was asked to step out of the truck so the officer could search for ?????. It's one of the nicer, most well kept trucks around. The same officer has stopped a few trucks 2-3 days in a row or even multiple times the same day.
I realize most of those are things to get ticketed for. But really to be put out of service? And a few of those could be considered implement of husbandry. I don't even come close to knowing all the laws. It just seems a little funny that the guy who called had a surprise inspection the next day after he hadn't had one since 2008. | |
