I have never-ever considered strapping down loaded seed bags in my life. But, there probably needs to be clarification. Loaded how? Stacked loose? or stacked on pallets? or what.
Every day that goes by makes me long even more for the "good old days". I wish you younger guys luck with life...you'll need it.
Re. SMVs...what's the law in IA for displaying SMVS.....on mail box posts? Wouldn't that be DOT jurisdiction also?
