IL. | well if Iowa is like the great state of IL. it'= broke, so the best way to generate money is to fine and write tickets' and this is the time of yr. they know they can fine farmers trying to get in a hurry and not do all the things they should do for safety, (no excuse) now as far as IL. goes it they really wanted to make some extra money start writing speeding tickets in those construction zones thats a easy 375 dollar fine and they could make a fortune in my area BUT the troopers around here don't or can't write heck I don't think they can even read cause they also speed through those zones, so it never happens, guess picking on farmers is easier.
