If it is asking for a firmware upgrade on the remote and is doing it over and over like you're describing, I would do a manual upgrade rather than letting the app upgrade the remote.
Put the latest firmware file on a USB drive. Plug the USB drive into your remote. Turn your remote on. Wait 60 seconds for it to start updating. Then wait a few minutes for it to finish. Then try everything again. |
