It literally wouldn't matter to me at all. I would look at the plow as an asset come winter time. You can probably make a few bucks with it and it sure will be nice come winter time. The way I look at it your buying a 99 Ford. It's 17 years old. Ford had a lot of quality problems during the 90's and the plow being on the front wasn't one of them. Buy it and use it.
