That is funny. I think it is anything that is used in an industrial process has an MSDS. Some wineries here use tartar sauce for fining the wine (drawing out sediment). The tartar sauce comes in 50 gallon drums and with an MSDS sheet. Can you guess the number one hazard with tartar sauce? Drowning.
