To my knowledge, all of the Lincoln grease guns use the same cartridge tube as shown in the picture below.

The part that you need is 93485. If you feel the resiliency of your follower rubber, you will probably find that it is hard and therefore not sealing against the inside of the grease cartridge. It is also possible, as one other poster suggested, that you are using plastic cartridges?

I work at a NAPA store, and have seen new grease guns (air, electric, and manual) that leak by the follower, and without exception they all had hard rubber followers that would allow grease to leak by them. What a mess!!!
