I vaccinated my cows and calves last year for pinkeye. I had more pinkeye than I have ever had.
Bob, is there any chance your vaccine may have been outdated or went bad before you got it? Sometimes I wonder about different places I've picked up vaccines over the years as to if it's been properly stored or handled before it even got to them... It would be interesting to know if anyone else got the same vaccine batch as you did and had problems too.... It sucks when something like this happens as besides the chance of them going blind it takes a toll on their weight gain too....
