In a situation like this the guy whose cattle are roaming everywhere has all the rights, so it seems. About like the criminals have the rights. Let a criminal on your farm and he is destroying or stealing your property and you shoot him, guess who just got in trouble, you did. Same deal with the cattle being out.
I hope no one goes through this like those of us who have dealt with it. | |
