Does anyone know of a document that outlines the technique and art to moldboard plowing in contoured fields and oddly shaped fields? I am also looking for information on how to properly set a plow. Does anyone make 3-4 bottom on land rollover plows anymore?

Tyler the Plow Guy has written some articles in Green Magazine on how to set a plow. He also sells parts for Deere (mostly) plows.

Not real sure what you mean by on countered fields. I've plowed a lot on fields with terraces and you basically start on the terraces, throwing up and work your way to the middle.
