Maybe PA guys store because some feed it....some store for carry and basis for end users......and I think in the south east part of the state the basis can get wild somtimes as they are a net imporer and alot of miles and mountains to get to the corn belt. Also alot of well healed small time farms in PA that can just sit on it if they want.
