Not sure if emergency haying or grazing counts against that 3 years, I could see In a very dry area where you likely wouldn't get to the third year Ina. Row without using it as emergency grazing before then anyway.
I'm thinking you get to graze it after sept 1, or maybe it's OCt. 1, but these things do exist. |
