East Central South Dakota | great post. The REIT thing is just down right scary. Farmers putting their land in a REIT, pulling out cash, renting it back and then using the REIT as an avenue to rent more land inside the REIT portfolio. I also see the continuation of companies going into "clusters" and we as producers are going to have to pick the "cluster" we want to get in bed with. Once in bed, if there is not enough "clusters" to have a real competitive environment the producers are going to come away with a STD. |
