100 miles north of the NYC crapper | There is a divit in the side sheets where the sharpening stone travels. Unscrew and remove the handle rod from the stone holder and place it in the divit on each side sheet and set the stone to the rod. This gives the same stone setting as the above procedure but is much easier. You may have to remove a couple 5/16 screws that hold small shield around the stone mechanism to place the rod under the stone. This is on a 900 but I think they're the same |
