They work well for doing anything on a hillside or anywhere you need the tilt, but for general leveling a bucket is faster. Had it on a bobcat s175 and it was worthless as the skid was too light. Now run The same blade on a case tr270 tracked machine and can get a lot done. Waiting for it to dry out so I can cut some drainage channels in my cattle yards. My suggestion is don't go too big or the blade will turn the skid steer if you have any kind of angle on it.
