Strathcona, mn | I'm sorry but it is sad when an employer has to state what should be obvious about a job. It's a job, not entertainment to show up at your pleasure. I've had good employees and bad employees. Some needed this posting so they know they aren't qualified, period! I may be a jerk to work for, maybe not. It is my operation and will be run accordingly and I respect and reward those that help out our agenda. I've also worked construction, it's construction..... Show up on time and do your work. That's usually all that is asked and required. Nothing worse than not knowing if your employee will or won't show up every day. | |
