KS and NE in eastern 3rd | Why do you even bother planting a crop? Is this the 1st bump in the road you've ever had? You've been so negative the last few months I can't understand why you don't just hang it up and get a job in town. I'm sorry if you started farming 6-8 years ago and thought everything was just going to be a money train, but that's not how it works. Some years you win some you lose being negative on the losing years only makes it worse. Slow down get a plan together that can let you survive to plant another crop and move on. The get rich scheme is over and done with, now it's down to grinding it out. If you're not up to that now is a good time to get out because the handouts are over. | |
