paige wire Nassua wire price is 1.14 a foot . yes it would be aluminum .notre dame is the trade name of that wire.

I would never install burial wire in conduit or tile unless you want to replace it within 20 years. I would install conduit within 10 feet of exiting the ground. moisture accumulates in the conduit and wire is always submerged in water. . I replaced the one that was made with conduit I had , it lasted from 1979 to 2001.. you can buy self sealing wire if you insist on conduit, it has a special material around the wire that seals any exposure.

if rodents are a problem go 6 feet deep , in this area badgers , rats usually don't go over 3 ft deep.
