Try disconnecting all application controller hardware and harnessing from tractor, then start tractor up as if using without protrakker. Then shut down and plug everything back in before you turn the key. Had the same issue on a 9410R this spring.
Had to do this yesterday on our 8335r and ProTrakker. It worked and have no issues now.
