Too many variables, but ........
1. you can resharpen quicker than you can change out for new ones, at least a few times
2. they are generally cheap, a few bucks each.
3. most you can flip over for twice the life
4. they are cheap
5. new ones every year whether they need it or not (need to inspect the bolts anyway)
