I never saw the size of the fuse, but before the mechanic came, there was a pulsating noise coming from behind the tractor (which I believe was the relay). I narrowed it down to the actual relay that was bad because I could feel it vibrating. There seemed to be 2 relays tied into the mess of wires. They were covered by a black rubber cap, rectangular in shape, and probably about 3" long and 2" wide?
