I've asked many people the same question.  I don't think anyone really knows. I'm in swMN. 

 I've had 20% in a bag for 3-4 weeks now.  I haven't checked on it, but I am not real worried about it.  It's been fairly cold so I feel it will be alright.  I'll be done with my bagger in a week if interested.
