North Eastern Maryland | Use a 4 or 5 ton Bard or Marvair wall mount unit. Similar to what you would see on a temporary office trailer or portable classroom.
These units are self contained and often have an economizer that opens to let in outside air when it is dry and cool enough to cool.
There will be a supply and return openings in through your wall. You can put on a retrun filter and grill and add duct to the suppy air if you want. | |
