We found a used geothermal unit. Paid next to nothing for it but we did replace the pumps due to age. Geo therm is super efficient a/c. Generally we just keep it around 80. Depends if you work in your shop every day or once in a while. Window units are fine for occasional use but make for high bills if used all the time.
