It all depends on how steep your hills are. I farm near some pretty extreme hills however guys around here are pulling 30' notill drills with about a 350hp tractor and 40 ft 450+ hp.

I rented a neighbor's 3S3000 30 ft and had no issues pulling it up 40% slopes with a 300 hp tractor however I had to be really careful when turning otherwise the drill would push me around. That drill isn't near as heavy as the bigger no-till drills though.

Edit: What I typed didn't make sense... Even to me. Had to clarify.
