Cedar Rapids, Iowa | That would be very kind of you.
From what I've read, I believe the only way to get NMEA directly from the globe is if it has SF2 unlocked. Does anyone know: do I also need to have a SF2 subscription active? If I had a globe that has been used on SF2, can I configure it to use SF1 and send NMEA out to a laptop?
CB, once I update firmware on the globe, will my existing GS1 still work with it, or will it need to have some code updated too?
The SF2 trial period is way too short for what I want to do. I would like to do (7) 24 hour tests on each correction type to get a decent average. If necessary, I can get a receiver that has been unlocked for SF2, and possibly still has a subscription on it. If not, maybe Deere would be nice to me.
