Some cowmen must be a lot smarter than me if you only need one unit for every 40 cows. I'd strap that thing on the cow I thought was next and 6 others would calve first.
On 30 cows I will have 1-5 calves a day, so your going to have to keep them close to the chute so you can get it on the next cow.
