There are different slippage codes that log if the controller sees incorrect input vs. output speeds for the gear that is engaged.

The conditions that log 111 and default the transmission to neutral are there for engine and driveline protection. I see this fault in almost every Steiger that I read faults on, it's easy to set when maneuvering with a large implement at slow speeds or if the engine gets under it's torque curve and the operator can't get the transmission downshifted quickly enough, also easy to do.
