3.90 or 4.11 on a 10-speed with 385 hp or higher. Can run down interstate just fine and still have plenty of torque in a soft field.

These are on 11r22.5 tires


"10 speed" is very non-descript. There are more ratio options for 10 speeds than any other trans.


Rear end ratio for a "field" like the OP is asking is also non-descript.

"field" is very different for silage, manure, taters, grain, etc. Not to mention differences in weight allowances by state as well as topography and distance travelled.

Need more info to really know what to recommend, but with the info the OP provided I would say anywhere from 2.00 to 6.00 give or take.
