| I noticed this 3 year old bull this evening with a swollen, (almost looks like a ball) on the end of his penis. It appears his sheath is also swollen from his navel going to his testicals. His testicals also appear a little shrucken. What is the prognosis for him? Do I sell him for slaughter ASAP or is this reversible / treatable?
