Ameliasburg, Ontario | We still use that planter. Bought it new 16 years ago. When we had it on a 7510 that motor went to the case drain so if you have it that way maybe the other hose is just in the wrong side on the tractor. Now we have it on a 7330 and just hook both hoses into the same remote and it's worked for two years. So if you have it hooked up that way then maybe the hoses are plugged into the wrong sides.
We didn't know to put the remote in float to disengage the fan and that wrecked at least one motor. We also always ran that fan too fast and that would plug seed hoses and suck horsepower. Finally figured out to run it just fast enough that you can hear it. | |
